Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 3PM CET on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipping Rates and Delivery:

• Domestic Shipping (Austria):
  • Standard Shipping: €10.00 / 2-3 business days
    
  • Express Shipping: €15.00 / 1-2 business days
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €200.00
    
• International Shipping:
  • We offer shipping across Europe.
  • Standard Shipping: €15.00 / 2-3 business days
    
  • Express Shipping: €25.00 / 1-2 business days
    

Shipping Carriers:

• We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, DPD, and Austrian Post to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Same-Day Delivery (Vienna):

• We are pleased to offer same-day express delivery within Vienna.
• To qualify, orders must be placed before 6PM CET
  
• A fee of €19.00 applies for this service.

International Shipping Considerations:

• Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Delivery times for international orders can vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
